Follow the setup instructions from the site where you download the software.

You can use any of our servers, but for simplicity, you could start with this one:

Be sure to check the box My Server Requires Me to Log On (or Authentication Required), and enter your username and password.
(Virtually ALL problems that first-time users have, result from failure to enter this information correctly. It is either correct, or it isn’t and it doesn’t work.)
